We stayed in unit 15 nice and roomy with a california king bed. Sky TV, with kitchenette Large breakfast bar and too chairs. Very clean and tidy. Also great parking along side our unit. Great service when we arrived lady from the office escorted us to our room and explained how the TV worked and opologised about the small ripps in the net curtains. Was also offered free milk but we didn't need it.

Scenicland Motel is a nice stopover option in Greymouth. We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess of this unit, with its separate queen bedroom. The kitchen area and surrounding lounge room is more than adequate for a few days stay. This is an older style motel. There are tell-tale modifications being made to modernize the place & add to the conveniences for guests. Our rear-unit backed on to a fairly busy secondary road which calmed down by 9pm at night. The manager, Tina, was super friendly and helpful. There's the convenience of the New World supermarket about 30metres up the road for any food or other necessities during your stay.

We were greeted well in reception. We were shown to the room. The room was very clean with good facilities. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure, plenty of towels etc.

The loveliest lady in reception. Very kind and helpful. She knows how to greet a weary traveller. Very tidy accomodation. Neat and fresh. Giant comfy Bed.

Nice and clean room with everything we needed, kitchenette, bathroom, two chairs and a small table outside. Parking was right outside the room, quite convenient. Very friendly reception, guest laundry with washer and dryer available. Grocery store right next door, within walking distance. Overall it was a very nice stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

The owner picked me up from the station as I had arrived on the TranzAlpine train. He also brought me into town to start a day trip. Facilities were clean and comfortable. There was a supermarket a few minutes walk away and a nice restaurant close by for meals.

Really spacious with good light. I loved having the bedroom separate from the living dining area. This was important to me because I was working for all three days I stayed and I don't like those motels with small rooms where it feels like you're working in your bedroom.

Little Gem..so welcoming! The heat was on for us when we arrived … so nice. We were 4 adults…we were comfortable and cozy. Tina at reception was so accommodating. Electric blankets on all beds. Spacious bathroom. The place may appear small, but had all what we needed! Thank you Tina for your warm welcome!

We stayed in this Motel 13 years ago. We were happy with it then so decided to use it again. The Motel has new owners who have renovated the place and it is good value for money so we were happy with it this time too.

The rooms were very clean & tidy. We were given the unit which is best suited for someone in a wheelchair. This meant the sink & handbasin were very low. We understand the reason for this but we were not expecting to be in a unit like this. It wasn’t a problem, it was just different. We did however enjoy the spacious shower.
